This programme is designed to equip leaders from marginalised backgrounds with the tools, confidence, and strategies to break through systemic barriers and advance to senior roles. Tailored to support individuals from underrepresented groups—including people of colour, women, and others facing structural inequities—Elevate combines practical leadership training with personalised coaching and mentorship.
Participants will build critical skills in areas such as strategic thinking, influencing, and self-advocacy, while developing the confidence to lead authentically and effectively at the highest levels. For organisations, this programme is a powerful way to drive diversity across leadership pipelines and create lasting, equitable change.
